3RNET (Rural Recruitment and Retention Network) connects health professional searching for jobs in rural or underserved areas with healthcare facilities.

Here's the process:
  1. Complete a registration form.
  2. 3RNET Network Coordinators review your completed employer registration application and will either approve or deny your application based on their state criteria. You will be automatically notified via email, and if approved, jobs can be posted immediately.
  3. Upon approval, you’ll gain access to mission-minded health professionals looking for jobs in rural and underserved communities. An employer account on 3RNET also gives you access to 3RNET education resources.

​A recording of the hour-long session for health care employers in rural areas that took place on December 5th. The training includes how to share jobs on social media and how to use 3RNet Plus Tools to feature jobs and track candidates.
